Virtual Bookkeeping Services
Standard Bookkeeping
All standard services needed to maintain proper financial records. This includes recording and categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, month-end and year-end closing, and other important tasks. The QuickBooks accounting software has the ability to sync with most major banks and payment platforms to automatically import financial data in a secure and efficient way.
Set-up or Clean-up
All transactions from your business bank accounts and credit card accounts are entered into QuickBooks. All of your accounts in QuickBooks will be reconciled for the requested time period. Any unclassified transactions generated are reviewed, verified and categorized.
Accounts Receivable and Payable
Invoicing
Invoices will be prepared based on your standards. I can also reach out to your customers about late payments as needed (via email and/or phone) and send reminders for upcoming payments due.
Bill Payments
In addition to recording and tracking your unpaid bills, I can create payments on your behalf. I will need you to provide direction of the due dates and the account to pay from. You will also need to authorize and approve the individual payments before they are issued either by logging in to an easy-to-use online dashboard or confirming payments by SMS.
Security
Your data will be protected and secure with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption—the same level of encryption used in online banking.
